Bailey Heinonen is a recent graduate of the University of Southern California’s Film and Television Production BFA and the director of over a dozen short films and videos, co-director of one 30-min sitcom pilot, and director of the feature length horror mockumentary Knife Blood Pt.2. With a small but dedicated team of students, recent graduates, and post-graduate dreamers, she is making the micro-budget, darkly comedic, Neo-noir: You’ll Never See It Coming.
In You’ll Never See It Coming, Anna Clara Mason, a psychic, is accused of murder after accurately predicting the bizarre death of her landlord. YNSIC twists the mold of classic Noir films by having what would otherwise be the traditional “femme fatale” as it’s lead. The money from this Kickstarter will help our production afford rentals, food, locations, insurance, gas reimbursement, and kit fees for every department.
